This page has been designed to allow you to design your own sauna, selecting the size and type and adding your choices from an incredible variety of options. At the very bottom of this page, you will find an "Add it Up" button. Clicking on this button will display a page with just your selected components and the total price. On this second page, you will have the option to e-mail us your list to request a quote on freight. You are under no obligation to make a purchase when you do this. For Pre-Built and Pre-Cut saunas of custom size, simply select the next size larger. In other words, if you want, for example, a sauna that measures 4.5' x 5.5', just price it as a 5' x 6' model (make sure to mention your required size in the comments section on the next page). There are no additional charges for custom sizes. Please note that because of the variation in shipping costs and custom nature of most of the saunas and sauna kits that we sell, we do not have a shopping cart here. You can, however, design a basic sauna by checking the appropriate boxes below. This will give you the approximate total cost of your sauna, and also allow you to e-mail us this list, along with a request for a quote on freight.

SAUNAS

Pre-Cut Kits are designed for someone who already has an existing space, such as a small room or large closet, that they'd like to turn into a sauna. It is also ideal for do-it-yourself customers who would like to save money and do more of the construction themselves. Included is everything that you need to line the inside of the room with Grade A Select clear Western Red Cedar, as well as a pre-hung fir veneer or all cedar door, premade bench and duckboard floor assemblies and foil faced vapor barrier. You provide the structural framing, insulation, and exterior drywall or panelling, which are all easily available at your local building materials supplier.

Pre-Built Saunas are completely freestanding, easy to assemble and come complete with everything you need. All saunas have a Grade A Select clear cedar interior and are available with a choice of either the same cedar or a more economical finished plywood exterior. The exteriors of the walls of the Prebuilt Sauna can also be "mixed and matched" for saunas that might go against a wall or into a corner.

Both types of saunas are also available with a wide variety of door and window options. Heaters are sold separately and can be found at the bottom of this page.

All Prebuilt Sauna and Precut Sauna Kit prices include complete trim, a sauna light, a sauna thermometer, a sauna bucket with ladle and a sauna headrest/backrest.

CEDAR EXTERIOR FOR PRE-BUILT SAUNAS

The outside walls of your Prebuilt Sauna can either be the more economical plywood (as priced above), or covered in the same elegant cedar that will line the inside. This works well for saunas that will be placed against the wall or into a corner. Please specify the wall size, below, as well as how many of that size exterior wall you'd like in cedar.

Please note, however, that a sauna that is going to be placed outside and subject to the elements must have all exterior walls covered in cedar, and must also have a gabled roof. If you need an outdoor sauna, skip this section entirely and look for the Outdoor Packages section after the doors and windows below. The Outdoor Packages include cedar for the exterior of all four walls as well as your choice of roof kit.

Note: This section applies only to adding cedar to the exterior of our Prebuilt Sauna and not our Precut Sauna Kits.

SAUNA DOORS

Sauna Doors include tempered single pane glass and handles and are pre-hung in a three sided jamb using self-closing butt hinges. The first door listed is the standard choice included in the prices of our Pre-Built and Pre-Cut Saunas and is made from a fir veneer with a solid wood core. All the other choices are Grade A Select clear vertical grain Western Red Cedar. Single pane glass is standard and thermal glass is available upon request for outdoor installations for an extra charge.

Standard door size for Pre-Cut Saunas is 24" x 80", except the All Glass Sauna Door which 24-1/2" x 80-1/8".
Standard door size for Pre-Built Saunas is 24" x 72", except the All Glass Sauna Door which 24-1/2" x 72-1/4".
Rough opening on doors for Pre-Cut is 26" x 82", except the All Glass Sauna Door, which is 28-1/2" x 83-1/2".

Standard door jamb depth is 4-5/8". Add $106.00 for jambs of 4-11/16" to 7" depth. Add $212.00 for jambs of 7-1/16" to 12" depth. Inquire about deeper door jambs. Door jamb depth for 80" All Glass Sauna Door is 4-1/2".

Interior and Exterior door trim is included when the door is part of a sauna or sauna kit. For doors purchased separately, add $64.00 per side for cedar door trim.

SAUNA WINDOWS
Sauna Windows are all tempered glass and available in kit form for Pre-Cut Sauna kits or built into a wall panel for Pre-Built Saunas. They are sold below either singly or as a set of two. Rough opening is one quarter inch larger than glass size. Standard sash depth is 4-5/8". Add $59.00 for sashes of 4-11/16" to 7" depth. Add $126.00 for sashes of 7-1/16" to 12" depth. Inquire about deeper window sashes. When not purchased as part of a sauna or sauna kit, trim is not included.
